Schedule policy.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late you might be asked to reschedule if you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time. This policy is in place to ensure that patients who arrive on time don't wait longer than necessary.
Explanation
If you're running late, you should call ahead and reschedule if possible.
If you're an established patient, you might be asked to reschedule unless the provider can fit you in between patients who arrived on time.
If you're a new patient, you might be asked to reschedule if it takes more than 10-15 minutes to complete your forms and registration.
If you know you're going to be late, you can call the office to see if you can still attend your appointment.
